Cheesecake light with ladyfingers

PREPARATION
Step 1

Start with the base: chop the ladyfingers, add the melted light butter and compact them into the bottom of the two small bowls. Once you have a firm bottom, place the single-portions in the refrigerator for one hour.

Step 2

Now think about the cream. Soak the gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes, squeeze it out and melt it in a small saucepan over low heat. Then, in a large bowl, combine the light spreadable cheese, Greek yogurt, melted gelatin, vanilla flavoring and a few drops of sweetener. At this point, mix until smooth and homogeneous.

Step 3

Remove the two small bowls from the refrigerator and pour over the base, which will now be firm, the yogurt mixture. divide it evenly and level it. Place back in the refrigerator for 2 hours to solidify.

Step 4

At this point, all you have to do is spread the sugar-free jam on the two single-servings and add a few cherries to decorate. And there you have your fresh breakfast or your tasty, light snack ready!

100g Marini ladyfingers

40g light butter

150g Greek yogurt

95g light spreadable cheese

1 sheet of gelatin

Vanilla flavor

Sweetener

TO DECORATE

Sugar-free cherry jam to taste

Cherries for decoration
