Our company
Biscottificio Verona was founded in 1984 by Ettore Marini, who started his own confectionery business producing Savoiardi in Cerea, in the province of Verona. The industrial revolution was underway and, given the success of his Savoiardi biscuits, Mr. Marini decided to produce them on a large scale, moving to Legnago (Verona) in 2001 to a modern production site. Since then the work has been constantly evolving with the automation of systems, installation of new production lines, expansion of the product range and distribution development all over the world.

Marini continues to invest in its own development. The ever-widening range of products has managed to preserve its original quality and simplicity. The ability to innovate while keeping tradition alive has allowed Marini biscuits to conquer both Italian and global palates thanks to various distribution channels.

As Biscottificio Verona we aim for an excellent positioning of our Marini brand and the relevant assortment of typical regional Italian pastries that we intend to make known and appreciated by consumers from all possible countries on the five continents.
The key to our development starts from the quality of our made in Italy specialities, based on simple recipes created with quality natural ingredients, without additives and colourings, skilfully crafted with the mastery and experience of the pastry art of our Verona area.
We aim to develop through the return of consumers’ unique sensory experience which will allow us to pursue international distribution development, to grow as a company with the involvement of the entire distribution chain which includes our internal collaborators, selected suppliers, commercial partners and retailers.
